Mallory didn’t just want to get married on New Years Eve and have a traditional wedding she wanted to have an all out NYE bash! Her girls were in glitzy gold dresses and the ceremony was set in front of a wall of pine trees. She had multiple food trucks and fun dessert options, a caricaturist and lawn games. She had carefully planned out her wedding to have aspects of a romantic winter wedding and an all night bash.
The week before the wedding was filled with rain and a forecast for rain on the wedding day. Every brides worst nightmare right?! Especially when she’s planned her reception to take place in her parents backyard! But Mallory handled it like a champ and ordered clear tents customized to fit every twist and turn of her parents back yard. Sure enough when the wedding day came it rained all day. But as unbelievable as it may sound I honestly think the rain was the most amazing detail to the day. Standing outside under the clear tent I could see and hear the rain coming down above me and it was one of the most beautiful and romantic details I’ve experienced at a wedding.
Despite the unexpected weather challenges Mallory’s NYE wedding bash turned out amazingly!
